Following receipt of <br /> your correspondence stating that you were physically unable to concentrate on the investigation at your site,we <br /> requested you to submit a schedule to complete the required work. Your response letter dated 31 October 2001 <br /> stated that you would attempt to accomplish the work during the second or third quarter of 2002. <br /> As of the date of this letter,we have not received any further correspondence from you regarding a plan of work <br /> to delineate the lateral and vertical extent of contamination at your site. By 1 October 2002,please provide a <br /> status update to this office regarding your progress to address contamination at your site. <br /> Failure to comply with this request may subject you to formal enforcement actions including monetary civil <br /> liability.
