American St., <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> On March 8, 1995, a "Notice of Intended Removal From Priority List" (copy enclosed) was <br /> sent to you. The Notice informed you that your claim is not eligible for reimbursement from <br /> the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (Fund), and stated the reason(s) for that <br /> determination. The Notice also informed you that if you did not agree with the <br /> determination, you could request a review within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the <br /> Notice. <br /> We received your request for review on April 10, 1995. Upon review it is clear that you <br /> have not provided any evidence contrary to these facts: (1) you have been charged and <br /> admitted guilt to violating laws and regulations regarding treatment and disposal of <br /> hazardous waste; (2) you illegally applied "Simple Green" to move petroleum contamination <br /> and avoid detection of petroleum contaminants on your site; and (3) you provided false <br /> representation regarding corrective action on your site to prevent detection of petroleum <br /> contaminants.
