American <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD)has recently reviewed <br /> information obtained during meetings held on July 28, 1994 and August 11, 1994 pertaining to your site's <br /> compliance status. PHS/EHD has the following comments for your consideration and action. <br /> Based on information which is currently known regarding your ability to finance additional investigation and <br /> remediation of the petroleum hydrocarbon contamination which has been evidenced at the above mentioned <br /> site, PHS/EHD has found that you are in compliance with PHS/EHD directives. <br /> PHS/EHD will evaluate in February 1995 your ability to finance further investigation using proceeds from the <br /> leasing of the property, since by that time back property taxes should be paid in full. <br /> Please submit a copy of the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund application by September 2, 1994 to <br /> verify that good faith efforts have been made to obtain funds necessary to proceed with the additional <br /> investigation and remediation required. <br /> Please be informed that the State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB) has not received documentation <br /> to show that recent bankruptcy proceedings have been finalized.
