However, please be informed that the ability to remain eligible to <br /> receive funding from the State Water Resources Control Board Underground Storage Tank Clean Fund is <br /> partially dependent upon compliance with PHS/EHD directives p <br /> As the responsible party,you were notified by PHS/EHD in correspondence dated June 18, 1993 that a work <br /> plan should be submitted by July 30, 1993 to investigate soil and groundwater contamination evidenced at the <br /> site. To date, this work plan has not been received. <br /> If a work plan to investigate soil and groundwater contamination is not submitted to this office within 14 days <br /> of the date of this letter, formal enforcement action involving the San Joaquin County District Attorney's <br /> office and/or the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board will be requested. <br /> If your financial condition precludes the submittal of a work plan to continue the investigation which has been <br /> requested, then the appropriate financial documentation should be submitted to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board.
