American <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> A beneficial meeting was held on December 11, 1992 at the office of San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD). The meeting was <br /> attended by: <br /> Laurie Cotulla and Mary Meays representing PHS/EHD, <br /> Brad Frahm representing himself and Siebold Corporation, <br /> Leonard Warshauer representing R.C. Turner and Company, <br /> Jeff Fortin representing EZC, and <br /> Allen Law and David Garman representing Quikrete. <br /> The meeting was held at the request of Mr. Frahm. PHS/EHD has prepared the <br /> following brief summary for your consideration. <br /> The site history which included the results of tank removals and re-excavations was <br /> discussed. PHS/EHD outlined a number of areas where additional investigation will be <br /> necessary which included the following areas of former tanks and dispensers: <br /> Tank #1, 1,000 gallon diesel tank and dispenser, <br /> Tank #2, 2,000 gallon regular gasoline and dispenser, and <br /> Tank #3, 8,000 gallon regular gasoline and dispenser(s). <br /> The stockpiled soil will also require adequate characterization for disposal. <br /> Mr. Frahm indicated that he may have additional information regarding the reported <br /> location of the former underground storage tanks which he will make available to <br /> PHS/EHD. <br /> A DrYlsk n of San Joagoht County Health r'.arc Semm 10 <br />
