Costs may include: corrective action costs; costs <br /> incurred for RB and/or local agency staff time; contracting costs; and costs incurred <br /> by the State Attorney General's Office for pursuing cost recovery. <br /> 4) You have been identified as an owner and/or operator of the USTs, which are the <br /> subject of the incurred costs or have been named as the RP for this site. For <br /> purposes of cost recovery, all RPs may be held jointly and severally liable for <br /> corrective action costs sought herein. This means that the SWRCB may collect the <br /> entire amount due from any one RP or from several RPs.
