These samples were <br /> collected under the direction of Ms. Mary Meyes of the SJCPHS. <br /> 3.3 OVM Readings <br /> In addition to the soil samples collected for laboratory analysis, additional soil <br /> was collected from the sampler and placed in plastic bags for Organic Vapor <br /> Meter (OVM) analysis The purpose of this analysis was to obtain an initial <br /> evaluation of the relative degree of contamination encountered. It should be <br /> realized that this data for the initial assessment of contamination levels. The <br /> actual laboratory analysis as presented in Section 3.4 of this report is the data <br /> that will be used by the SJCPHS in their formal evaluation of the site.
