In the event that the
Health and Safety Manager is unavailable, contact the City of San Jose Fire
' Department at 911 and report the incident. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
' should any individual re-enter an area in which hazardous substances have been
released, nor should an attempt be made to clean up a release until instructions
' are given by qualified individuals of EZC, Inc or the City of Stockton Fire
Department.
If the magnitude of an incident exceeds on-site capabilities of control, the site
should be evacuated The SSO should signal the need for immediate site
evacuation by sounding three short blasts on a vehicle or air horn. Personnel
will immediately leave the site using the most direct route and immediately
meet in a predesignated area for a headcount Decontamination will then take
' place in this area.
' C.
