Harding, Stockton <br />Program: UST <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is the official inspection report of the routine and monitoring certification inspection at the <br />referenced facility. The following violation was observed during this inspection: <br />4. (Repeat) Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. <br />-- Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br />* Complete and submit a copy of the financial responsibility. <br />** A copy of the current financial responsibility and CFO letter was submitted to EHD during this <br />inspection. Violation was corrected on site. <br />21. (Repeat) Liquid was observed in the 87 -octane STP sump, and 89 -octane fill sumps. <br />-- If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed <br />and disposed of properly. <br />* Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations, and manage it accordingly and within 180 days of storage. Ensure that all secondary <br />containment sumps are maintained free of liquid. <br />** Observed liquid removed by on-site technician and disposed to two hazardous waste containers on <br />site. Since the hazardous waste labels on two containers are incomplete with no start date of <br />accumulation, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under <br />manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by January 8, 2011 <br />NOTES <br />A part of this inspection was performed after hours billable at current over -time rate. Owner was <br />informed and agreed to over -time billing. <br />A brochure for the County HW Disposal Facility (HHV) for Small Business has been provided to <br />generator during this inspection. Please be aware that the business appointment line of HHW has <br />changed from 468-5670 to 1-800-207-8222. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form (provided) with a statement <br />of how each violation (#21) was corrected, including supporting documentation, by January 8, 2011. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($122). <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT Y TI E T HD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD In pector U V <br />ReceiV7_ X/Y <br />Title: <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev /10/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
