It also states that the contents are midgrade fuel instead of diesel. <br />Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, <br />update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />106 <br />CCR 2632 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. <br />The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. Section V of the response plan has not been <br />completed. The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. Ensure a copy is available <br />for inspection at any time. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />113 <br />CCR 2638(d) Failed to submit monitoring system certification test report within 30 days. <br />Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was performed on February <br />17, 2015 and a test report was submitted on April 6, 2015, one month late. A copy of the test report must be <br />submitted within 30 days of the tests. Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports <br />are performed in a timely manner. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />126 <br />HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br />The UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted to the the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS). <br />Beginning January 1, 2014, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) UST <br />information, including: UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, <br />UST Owner/Operator Written Agreement (if applicable), UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer, and Owner Statement <br />of Designated UST Operator Compliance online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
