Harding Way, <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to replace diesel spill container on the underground storage tank <br />(UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has been approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Cindy Vo at (209) 468-8257 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a <br />48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br />inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br />test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the diesel tank prior to the <br />EHD inspection and approval. <br />4. If concrete will be broken near the diesel tank, a secondary containment test must be <br />performed on the diesel tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br />manufacturer's guidelines. <br />5.
