The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the monitoring certification and spill bucket on last twelve designated operator monthly inspection reports: The correct test date should have been 2/27/2014, rather than 1/15/2014 listed on the reports. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation. 325 CCR 2635(b) Spill container failed to contain a minimum capacity of five gallons. The diesel spill container failed when tested; continuous dripping could be observed under the bucket. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. This is a minor violation.
