The map submitted on CERS did not include leak <br /> detectors or the date prepared. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be <br /> performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ <br /> and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(1) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible <br /> on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 205 CCR 2712(i), 2634(e) Failure to submit a current UST Response Plan and have it available onsite. <br /> An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on <br /> site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 206 CCR 2712 Failure to comply with UST operating permit conditions. <br /> A copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments <br /> and conditions shall be retained at the facility. Immediately obtain a copy of the permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 301 HSC 25292.1 UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br /> The fuel filters in the five dispensers on site are not contained within the under dispenser containment(UDCs). The <br /> underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases. Immediately take all necessary <br /> steps to ensure any drips or leakage from fuel filters will drain into the UDCs. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 308 CCR 2636(f) Failed to maintain a continuous monitoring system that activates an audible and visual alarm. <br /> The 91 fill sump sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of <br /> the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow <br /> of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak.
