Patterson Pass Road,Tracy, CA. During this inspection, the following item of non- <br /> compliance was noted : <br /> 7) Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste as per CCR 66262.11 <br /> At time of inspection complete analytical for non-hazardous waste determination made during the time period <br /> 2007-2010 could not be provided. Within 30 days submit copies of complete analysis performed for waste <br /> determination. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification with a statement addressing how the <br /> above noted violation has been corrected to this o> zce within 30 days(7124110). <br /> Attached please find copies of all chemical analysis performed on representative samples for waste <br /> characterization purposes. This data characterizes all wastes generated during the 2007-2010 time <br /> period as requested on the inspection report. <br /> In addition to waste files being kept on-site at operating locations, a duplicate set of files are housed <br /> in Houston, TX, as the "Office of Record" for all environmental records for Shell Pipeline <br /> Company LP. These data copies were compiled from the Houston location and a duplicate set has <br /> also been forwarded to the site in question for permanent record retention. Our recordkeeping <br /> process includes sending file copies to the site locations once the manifest or manifests have been <br /> returned and information input into our centralized database. <br />
