C4L SHEETS RECEIVE®
Corrugated sheet supply for the independent converter NOV
1212 Performance Drive
PO Box 30370
Stockton, CA 95213 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMIT/SERVICES
RECEIVED November9, 2010
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department YV
600 E. Main St.
Stockton, CA 95202-3029 ENVIRC-
Attw Muniappa Naidu PGnm
Re: Hazardous Waste Inspection Report, Oct. 12,2010
Mr. Naidu,
In response to the notice to comply arising from the inspection reference above,we have made the
following corrections;
Item#7.—We have sent samples of the waste water that we treat on site as well as the solid filtrate to
California laboratory Services for testing to determine if the waste is hazardous. In addition,
we have instituted regular ph testing of the incoming waste water to monitor on-going
compliance. In the past we have relied on our knowledge of the process and materials used
but acknowledge that independent lab tests are a better method.
Item #62.63 and 85—We have created a file for disposal records for universal waste. In the past these
have not been collected and stored in one place. Regarding items 62 and 63- because we
have not disposed of any hazardous waste in the past three years we have no disposal
records.
With the corrections noted above we believe Cal Sheets is in compliance with all hazardous waste
regulations. As a company it is important to us to be in compliance with all rules and regulations and we
appreciate your help in deciphering the sometimes complex array of requirements.
Sincerely,
n
Peter D.
