Waste can be stored on site up to one year if"point of generation" requirements are met. See the point of generation fact sheet attached to this fax. After one year you must dispose of the hazardous waste and keep the disposal manifest/receipt. Hazardous waste which does not qualify as "point of generation" must be disposed of within 180 days for small generators of hazardous waste. See the accumulation time guidance attached to this fax.
