Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. The facility <br /> generates the following wastes: <br /> 1. Waste absorbent from automotive fluid spills in the auto repair shop and gas station. <br /> 2. Parts washer waste from a parts washer in the back of the repair shop. <br /> 3. Brake rotor metal shavings from the disc brake rotor smoothing machine. <br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the above wastes, and manage it according to <br /> the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Hazardous wastes are toxic, reactive, ignitable or corrosive as <br /> defined in Title 22.
