Unified <br />Distribution Center - Stockton <br />Emergency Evacuation Process Flow Chart <br />Alarm Sounds or <br />Employee Notification. <br />If safe to do so, production equipment operators will turn off <br />equipment. Other equipment operators will pull over to the <br />side of the aisles and roadways and shut-off equipment. <br />Employees, contractors and visitors will either evacuate to the reporting <br />center or shelter in place. If evacuation occurs, provides the roll call sheet <br />and contractor/visitor log to the to the shift supervisor. <br />The supervisor(s) report any missing employees, <br />contractors and visitors to the emergency <br />coordinator or alternate. <br />If applicable, employees attempt to <br />report the emergency to the emergency <br />coordinator or alternate, indicating what <br />type of emergency and its location. <br />The emergency coordinator or alternate reports to the <br />fire department 1) the emergency location, 2) missing <br />personnel, 3) their possible location, 4) the need of any <br />paramedic assistance and 5) what has been done. <br />RECEIVED <br />JUL 2 S 2014 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />(DEPARTMENT <br />01-14-13 4 <br />
