Unified <br />yroce'rs. <br />Distribution Ce <br />JUL 2 8 2014 <br />I EMERGENCY REPORTING CENTER ROLL CALL PROCEDURES <br />FAILURE TO CHECK IN MAY RESULT IN A NEEDLESS SEARCH AND RESCUE <br />ATTEMPT BY YOUR FELLOW EMPLOYEES THAT COULD CAUSE INJURY. <br />ROLL CALL <br />1.PROCEED TO THE EMERGENCY REPORTING CENTER FOR ROLL CALL. <br />2.ROLL CALL WILL BE CONDUCTED AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME AFTER <br />THE EMERGENCY HAS BEEN DECLARED. <br />EMERGENCY REPORTING CENTER SUPERVISOR: <br />The employee roster will be up -dated as needed and placed at the Emergency <br />Operations Trailer for role call. <br />1. As personnel report to the designated emergency reporting center, check off their <br />names on the listing. <br />2. All employees' names will be checked off the master list by the shift supervisor or <br />his designate. <br />3. Attempt to ascertain the probable location of missing personnel. <br />OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS: <br />Outside contractors to include drivers, lumpers, and service contractors will report to the <br />Operations Trailer for role call. <br />1. Security guards and transportation will bring the any and all lists for drivers and <br />service contractors to the Operations Center. <br />2. Drivers, lumpers, and service contractors will be asked to leave their vehicle <br />where they currently are. <br />2. All drivers, lumpers, and service contractors' names will be checked off the <br />masters list by the shift supervisor or his designate. <br />3 .
