Mr.Jeffrey Wong aim <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 25 March 2011 <br /> Distribution Center• Stockton <br /> FREQUENCY AND CORRECTIVE ACTION OF EVACUATION DRILLS <br /> 1 Emergency evacuation drills will be conducted twice annually in accordance with the <br /> California Code of Regulations 19 CCR§2732. <br /> 2 The first evacuation drill should be planned and announced. The purpose is for all <br /> employees recognize the sound of the alarm and know what is expected as <br /> described in the flow chart above. The alarm company or fire department should be <br /> contacted if the method of alarming triggers outside emergency services to respond. <br /> 3 During the evacuation drill.the Emergency Coordinator will observe and document <br /> corrective actions using the attached Evacuation Critique Sheet. <br /> 4. The Emergency Coordinator will provide corrective actions to the Manager in charge. <br /> The Manager will assign responsibilities and when corrective actions could be <br /> reasonability be completed. The Evacuation Critique sheet should be reviewed by <br /> the Emergency Committee to evaluate and track actions to Improve the evacuation <br /> response process of the next drill A copy of the Evacuation Critique Sheet should <br /> be provided to the Environmental Health and Safety Department. <br /> 5. The second evacuation drill is unannounced The alarm company or fire department <br /> should be contacted if the method of alarming triggers outside emergency services <br /> to respond. <br /> 6. Lastly. steps 3 and 4 wit!be repeated. <br /> EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLAN <br /> REVIEW <br /> 1. The Emergency Evacuation Plan should be reviewed and updated annually by <br /> January 3e of each calendar year <br /> 2. Any major constructions or physical changes of the operations should initiate a <br /> review appropriate to the circumstances concerning said changes and the <br /> Emergency Evacuation Plan revised <br /> 3. Review should be initialed after all emergenaes to determine the effectiveness of the <br /> Emergency Evacuation Plan. <br /> .z.:ays <br />
