Other responsibilities include the inspection and inventory of <br /> Waste Oil with Freon R-22 40 hazardous waste within the accumulation areas and completing the appropriate <br /> Waste Oil(Oregon Only) 41 recordkeeping forms. <br /> Waste Oil Filters(Oregon Only) 42 <br /> Waste Antifreeze(Oregon Only) 43 1.1.2 Hazardous Waste Handler <br /> ` R Copies of Manifest and LDR Forms 44 The Hazardous Waste Handler is responsible for collecting,segregating,accumulating, <br /> J C Blank Inspection&Inventory Forms processing, packaging and labeling hazardous waste under the direction of the <br /> Hazardous Waste Weekly Inventory Form—Main Hazardous supervisors and managers. <br /> Waste Accumulation Area&Satellite Accumulation Areas <br /> Hazardous Waste Daily Inventory Form—Hazardous Waste Employees are trained to safely handle hazardous waste generated in their department. <br /> Accumulation Tanks If a spill occurs, they must clean up the spill promptly and remove the residue in a <br /> Weekly Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area Inspection manner approved by the Environmental Health and Safety Specialist.
