We are following <br />the specific instructions on the DTSC website to make the waste determination. The <br />website details specific steps to take in order to make a waste determination: <br />Hazardous waste identification through different characteristics and listings <br />Exclusions from the waste classification requirements <br />Test methods we use to measure the characteristics of wastes <br />Resources and information available to assist us in classifying wastes and determining <br />whether a waste is a federally regulated (RCRA) or a California regulated (non-RCRA) <br />hazardous waste. <br />3 <br />
