r
Grant Hurst
From: Willie Wong <Willie.Wong@stocktongov.com>
Sent: Thursday, April 10, 2014 1:21 PM
To: Grant Hurst
Subject: Re: Permit applications follow-up
Hi Grant,
0
I received the revocable permit package as well as the encroachment permit package. I've routed the RP for signature
and I've routed the TCP to Traffic for review. I don't know if we can make your 4/21 date, but we will try.
Thanks, Willie
Willie Wong
City of Stockton
Community Development Department
Planning & Engineering Services Division
209-937-8126
Office Address: Permit Center - 345 North EI Dorado Street, Stockton CA 95202 Postal Mailing Address: City Hall - 425
North EI Dorado Street, Stockton CA 95202-2317
Permit Center Hours of Operation ( http://www.stocktongov.com/permitcenterhours )
>>> Grant Hurst <GHurst@Geosyntec.com> 4/10/2014 1:14 PM >>>
Hi Willie,
I just wanted to confirm that you had received the encroachment permit application that should have been delivered to
you yesterday. Please let me know if there is any additional information you need for the encroachment permit, as well
as the revocable permit. Also, I am preparing our application to San Joaquin County Environmental Health for drilling,
and they require a copy of the encroachment permit to issue their drilling permits. I would like to submit the SJCEHD
permit application as soon as possible. Do you have an idea of when the encroachment permit might be issued?
Alternatively, may I indicate to Johnny Yoakam with the SJCEHD that the encroachment permit is forthcoming?
As I've mentioned previously, we are scheduled to start on 21 April. I realize that may crunch the schedule on some of
these pieces, and your efforts to help expedite the process are greatly appreciated. Please don't hesitate to contact me
if there is anything I can do to help facilitate these applications.
