ST OCKTON, SAN JOAQUOUNDWATER GN COUNTY <br />ATION <br />WORK PLAN, JOHN TAYLOR FERTILIZERS <br />Staff of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (Central <br />Valley Water Board) has reviewed the Deeper Groundwater Investigation Work Plan (Work <br />Plan) and the Addendum to the Deeper Groundwater Investigation Work Plan (Addendum) for <br />the subject site, located at 1819 South Argonaut Street in Stockton, San Joaquin County, <br />California. The Work Plan and beAddendum were prepard on WateeBoard on behalf July and 24 August <br />consultants, and were received y the Central Valley <br />2009, respectively. <br />The objective of the Work Plan is to propose and describe tasks to further investigate deeper <br />groundwater zone by advancing CPT boring and collecting gad egr CPT groundwater <br />sangs,mwlo s. The <br />Work Plan and the Addendum propose to advance two upg <br />downgradient onsite CPT borings and seven downgradient offsite CPT borings. Grab <br />groundwater samples will be analyzed for VOCs, and 1,2,3 -TCP. <br />Central Valley Water Board concurs with the general approach of work proposed in the Work <br />Plan and the Addendum. <br />Provide at least one-week notice of field activities to allow Central Valley Water Board staff to <br />observe.
