Well development will be conducted a minimum of 48 hours after <br /> completion of well installation. <br /> This well installation is described in detail in the Deeper Downgradient Monitoring Well Installation <br /> Work Plan, which was approved by the Regional Water Quality Control Board, as indicated in the <br /> attached letter dated 19 December 2013. Access to the City of Stockton right-of-way is currently pending, <br /> and access to the Interstate 5 parcel was approved by the California Department of Transportation, as <br /> indicated by the approved permit No. 1014-6MW-0186 dated 28 March 2014. <br /> Pre-Field Activities <br /> Prior to field activities, the existing Site Health and Safety Plan will be updated as needed in accordance <br /> with California OSHA requirements. <br /> Underground Service Alert (USA) will be notified 48-hours in advance of invasive subsurface work, and a <br /> private utility locator has been retained to perform a geophysical survey in the vicinity of each boring <br /> location to identify utilities,pipelines, or other subsurface obstructions. <br />
