(JTF) facility, <br /> located at 1819 South Argonaut Street in Stockton, California'. A site location map is <br /> ' provided as Figure 1. Also included for your review is a monitoring well construction <br /> diagram for MW-6, proposed in our previously submitted work plan. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The JTF Stockton site is an active fertilizer distribution center, with a perimeter <br /> monitoring well network consisting of five wells that were installed in March 2000. <br /> The wells are located upgradient and downgradient of the site operations area. <br /> Groundwater monitoring has been performed at JTF Stockton since April 2000. <br /> Compounds detected in groundwater samples include 1,2-dichloropropane (1,2-DCP), <br /> 1,2,3-trichloropropane (1,2,3-TCP), ammonia and nitrate, and low levels of herbicides <br /> and pesticides including bromacil and dinoseb. <br /> ' ' 23 August 2004.
