Fremont) Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> This inspection is an addendum to the routine inspection of Delta Marine Service, Inc.'s service facility <br /> on 401 N. San Jose on May 20, 2010. This inspection takes place in the conjoining sales area at 1302 <br /> W. Fremont. This inspection confirms Delta Marine Services is a Hazardous Waste generator under <br /> 401 N. San Jose where the HW originates, instead of both addresses. <br /> Time incurred for this inspection is not charged. <br /> The following is Minor Notice to Comply Violation: <br /> 7. (CCR 66262.11) Observed dusts on the floor in the painting boat hanger on site from grinding and <br /> sanding operation. <br /> Generator shall make HW determination of waste, and manage that waste accordingly. <br /> Immediately make a HW determination of the above waste and manage that waste accordingly. <br /> If the waste is determined to be HW, dispose of the HW in accordance to Title 23 and submit a copy of <br /> the disposal receipt to this office, and begin managing all such waste as HW in the future (including <br /> proper HW labeling for storage, disposal within 180 days of storage, and retaining copy of disposal <br /> -eceipt on site for at least three years.) If the dust is determined not to be a HW, submit evidence such <br /> as laboratory analyses demonstrating the waste is not hazardous. <br /> Submit a copy of the Return to Compliance certification along with a statement of how the above <br /> violation was corrected and any evidence of correction. Please be aware other requirements for Return <br /> to Compliance on the Inspection Report dated May 20, 2010 remain in effect. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($115). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Impecl Je rey Wor R e By: T <br /> G/s� <br />
