This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offf for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD. A form has been provided. This is a minor violation. 102 CCR 66262.11, 66262.40(c) Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste or retain waste analysis on site for 3 years. Observed a bucket of unknown liquid next to the parts washer, and one 55-gallon drum of oily solid waste including absorbent pads behind the shop at the north end of the property. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if t waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the above waste, and manage it according to the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation including disposal records explaining how this waste was managed. This is a minor violation. 103 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan.
