CLASS II. --MINOR-Notice[o Como IV) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> The following containers have been on site over 180 days (see Violation#605 below also) <br /> One green and white metal 55-gallon drum of old fuel on a palette behind the shop. <br /> Three metal 55-gallon drums of old fuel, and one metal 55-gallon drum of anti-freeze waste near the used oil tanks. <br /> Two used oil tanks in the hazardous waste storage trailer. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on <br /> site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br /> dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Containers referenced in Item#601 above were missing hazardous waste label or missing all the required information (; <br /> photos). All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. This is a minor violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> One 55-gallon drum of used oil filters has an accumulation start date of 6/18/2013. Facilities that generate up to one for <br /> of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Facilities that generate one ton or more of used oil filters <br /> may store the filters for up to 180 days. Immediately recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the <br /> bill of lading to the EHD. <br /> Two waste fuel filters in a metal recycling bin and one waste fuel filter outside storage trailer all still attached to the <br /> engines. Used fuel or oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as <br /> "drained used oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately store the above waste fuel filters and <br /> ensure that all used oil and fuel filters are managed in this way. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A copy of each bill of <br /> lading must be kept on site for at least three years.
