Wear safety goggles while using any power tools, grinding, welding, or <br /> any other times deemed necessary. <br /> 2. Refresher on where all emergency exits, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, <br /> spill kits are located. <br /> 3. Reminder to park forklift with forks down to the ground. <br /> 4. No smoking around any work area or on docks <br /> DAILY DUTIES: <br /> 1. Empty all garbage'containers daily <br /> HAZ MAT RELATED ISSUES: <br /> 1. Cover or secure all "Haz mat' containers at end of each day. <br /> 2. Empty and crush oil/f iel filters immediately when taking to Haz mat <br /> storage. <br /> 3. Spill Kits: location and correctusage of spill kits. <br /> 4. Haz Mat storage bins: Instructions on usage and location of all Haz mat <br /> storage bins and types. Including proper disposal and location of batteries. <br /> 5. Spills : If you see any oily spills/excess dirt or dust near or around any <br /> drain please clean up immediately and dispose of matter appropriately. If <br /> unable to clean at time please tell your supervisor where and what needs to <br /> be cleaned. <br /> 6. Open containers of any Haz mat waste (ie used oil, filters, batteries, etc.) <br /> Dispose of any haz mat waste material at the end of each job. Do not leave <br /> for someone else to clean up your mess. <br /> MISCELLANOUS ITEMS: <br /> 1.Not working on Monday 6/28 or 7/5/. <br /> First working Monday is 7/12. <br />
