The signed RTC Certification with a statement should suffice for the APSA until a SPCC Plan is
completed. The hazardous waste inspection follow up requires the signed RTC Certification, a statement
addressing emergency coordinator& hazardous waste management training, and a copy of the posted modified
contingency plan. All of this information must be submitted no later than today to avoid additional fees(*All EHD
staff time associated with failing to comply by the noted compliance dates will be billed at the current hourly rate
of$122).
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Stacy
Stacy Rivera, REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E.Main St.,Stockton,CA 95202
office(209)468-3440
faX(209)468-3433
From: Steve Moreland [mailto:smoreland@pauloilcompany.com]
Sent: Monday, August 09, 2010 1:32 PM
To: Stacy Rivera [EH]
Subject: 7-11 store schulte rd. in mountain house
Good afternoon,
I have talked with our engineer, he believes he can have a completed spcc plan for this site by the
first week of November.
