APSA return to compliance status update <br /> *#201—The Professional Engineer is unreachable. We have commissioned another SPCC plan. The <br /> Engineer preforming the service is Bo Bowman Senior Engineer with B2Engineering LLC. First visit date <br /> will be 5/25/16 for the initial survey. <br /> *#601—Plan reordered (B2Engineering) <br /> *#602- Plan reordered (B2Engineering) <br /> *#604—Plan reordered (B2Engineering) <br /> *#613—Attached all testing records found on site. Service Station Systems will be preforming the liquid <br /> level sensor testing. <br /> #614—Training records for employees who have completed training attached training for new <br /> employees is ongoing. Training was conducted on site demonstrating the proper clean-up and reporting <br /> procedures for any potential hazardous waste spill. Employees were shown where the equipment was <br /> kept (Absorb All, broom/dust pan, and absorb pads, hazardous material storage areas and proper record <br /> keeping procedures and reference materials). <br /> *#713—Awaiting response from Steve Showalter from Paul Oil. <br /> *#717—Service Stations System will be dispatching a tech the week of 5/23/16. Service Stations Systems has offered to contact you <br /> directly. <br /> #404—Management is now verifying weekly completion of an inspection check list which includes the <br /> Hazardous Waste Storage area. <br /> #605—On 2/24/16 The Hazardous Waste Container Label was placed on the designated 55 gallon drum <br /> located in the Hazardous Waste area. <br /> #608—All fuel/oil filters will now be kept on site for recycling. Bills of lading will be maintained at the <br /> site from now on. <br />
