As precautions, KHMCA, <br /> will handle all Nitric acid (used for etching) and the PhenoCure mounting powder <br /> (contains Phenol) and treat it as hazardous waste. Collection of these items will be <br /> collected and disposed of by Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc (Office <br /> Telephone number 408-451-5030 attn; Mr. Michael Clark. <br /> 2). "#2 Generator manifests copies not sent to the Department within 30 days." Manifest <br /> was mailed on March 20, 2009 to the address provided by you on the inspection report.
