Prior supervisory experience is desirable for supervisors and managers. <br /> This person must have mechanical aptitude, be proficient at welding and cutting, have experience <br /> with electrical systems, be able to perform troubleshooting and repairs, be responsible, and display <br /> good common sense.The Repair and Maintenance Supervisor must be physically able to do the <br /> work, to read and write English, and must be familiar with the types of equipment used in this <br /> facility, and must be safety conscious. <br /> Duties Assigned: <br /> 1. General <br /> a. Supervises and performs general maintenance tasks throughout the facility. <br /> b. Supervises and performs troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of equipment <br /> throughout the facility. <br /> c. Supervises and performs construction and welding tasks as required. <br /> d. Keeps repair and maintenance records on all equipment and vehicles. <br /> 2. Hazardous and universal waste operations <br /> a. Responsible for repair and maintenance of the baghouses. <br /> b. This employee will receive on-going training as required for performance of the job, <br /> and will have received the following training prior to performing the above duties. <br /> c. Keeps repair and maintenance records on all equipment. <br /> Training Requirements: <br /> The Maintenance Staff will receive all training elements, except universal waste training is not <br /> required. <br />
