Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Re: Report for Closure of Destoner Baghouse <br /> ECS Refining(EPA ID# CAD 003 963 592) <br /> 705 Reed Street <br /> Santa Clara, CA 95050 <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> ECS Refining(Santa Clara, CA) notified the Department of Toxic Substances Control of <br /> the intent to close the Destoner Baghouse in a letter dated May 8, 2014. The Destoner <br /> Baghouse was part of the universal waste processing equipment that was closed in <br /> December 2011 and relocated to our electronic waste processing facility in Stockton, <br /> California. The baghouse has been idle and unused since that equipment was closed. The <br /> purpose of this letter is to submit the Closure Report and analytical results of the <br /> decontamination. <br /> This equipment will be re-located to our facility located at 2222 S. Sinclair Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California. It will be part of the Regenesys Glass Processing cathode ray tube <br /> panel glass processing air pollution control system. <br /> Closure Report <br /> 1. Equipment Decontamination <br /> The Destoner Baghouse interior and exterior were cleaned with Simple Green and <br /> wet cloths. The cloths were collected with the removed baghouse dust and will be <br /> transported off-site as a hazardous waste to an approved disposal facility. <br /> 2.
