The documents in <br /> this package consist of the following: <br /> EXHIBIT I - "PCB's"- An employee educational topic to be given <br /> in the new employee indoctrination session and to be <br /> issued as a "Tailgate" Training Topic for annual <br /> refresher training. <br /> EXHIBIT II - "Safety Instructions For PCB Spill Crew" - To be used <br /> for training employees who are designated crew members. <br /> EXHIBIT III- "Types of PCB Spills" - To be used to train supervisors <br /> in identifying the types of PCB spills and the corrective <br /> action necessary to be taken in order to minimize the <br /> hazard. <br /> EXHIBIT IV - "Factory Instructions for Managing PCB Leaks" - A <br /> procedure for the reporting and containment of leaks, <br /> cleanup methods , waste handling and transformer repairs. <br /> EXHIBIT V - "Factory PCB Leak Worksheet" - To be used as a checklist <br /> of tasks to be performed should a leak occur. This form <br /> should be available to Shift Superintendents for night <br /> and weekend coverage. <br /> EXHIBIT VI - "PCB Inspections" - Highlights minimum frequency of <br /> inspections. <br /> EXHIBIT VII- F-2 PCB Storage Container Label <br /> EXHIBIT VIII Annual Report Form <br /> JTT/lm <br /> 4-23-82 <br />
