Discharge Specifics tionst <br /> ^1. Neither the treatment nor disposal of wastes shall cause <br /> a pollution or nuisance as defined by the California Water <br /> Code. <br /> N. The dissolved oxygen content of wastewater holding ponds <br /> shall not be less than 1.0 mg/1 for 16 hours in any 24 hour <br /> period. The primary pond is excluded from this specification.^ <br /> The memorandum offers several suggestions you may wish to consider to alleviate <br /> the conditions <br /> 1. The installation and continuous use of the surface aerators. <br /> 2. Investigation of feed lot management practices (water usage). <br /> 3.
