They have been expecting this audit since February of 2002. <br /> It appears as though we did not pay the $17.50 for the-Unified Program Fac State service fee. <br /> This may have been due to the fact that a business plan for the year 2001 submited. The 2001 _ <br /> plan for the Stockton lab should be the sante as the 2000 plan.. <br /> 1 have enclosed a copy of the invoice we sent back to you in February 2002. The invoice had an <br /> explanation typed on its lower hall'and a request.for a revised invoice. I believed that after an <br /> audit to confirm these changes was performed we would receive the revised invoice. <br /> Instead we have received a past due invoice.
