I will have 'Walt Dent", Service <br /> Manager at our "Main Shop" conduct training within the time given. Updated <br /> training records will be submitted. <br /> # 117 "Training Required for Each Employee" training records will be updated to <br /> list required training and a copy will be submitted to the EHD by November 17, <br /> 2013. <br /> #407 "Empty 55 Gallon Drum Not Removed Within One Year" — Our "Hazmat <br /> Removal Vendor" American Valley Waste has removed the container in question. <br /> Please see attached receipt. <br /> #605 "55 Gallon Drum Without a Physical State or Hazardous Property Marked". <br /> I had "American Valley Waste replace the label including "all" required <br /> information including physical state and type of property at the same time of <br /> removing the "empty" drum. Please see attached picture. <br />
