Records available indicate that hazardous waste training was last conducted for Christie Sealey on <br /> April 29, 2011. The hazardous waste training program shall be completed by each employee within six <br /> months of hire, prior to unsupervised work, and shall be reviewed at least annually. Immediately provide <br /> current training as necessary for this employee and ensure that employees receive the required <br /> hazardous waste training annually. Submit a copy of the updated training records to the EHD by <br /> November 17, 2013. <br /> 117.
