Please see the following response(s). <br /> Item #20 Labels— "Corrected On-Site" — Both myself and "Matt Baker", <br /> Service Manager have been made aware of the need to: 1.) Be sure that all <br /> containers that contain hazardous waste shall, a.) Have labels affixed noting <br /> all "required information" b.) with the inclusion thereof of the status of <br /> material being liquid or solid and the state of the product being flammable or <br /> toxic. Going forward we will be sure that labeling requirements be strictly <br /> enforced. <br /> Item #27 Retention of Copies - "Corrected On-Site" — All manifests shall <br /> be retained for a minimum of three (3) years hereafter. Supporting <br /> documents shall be placed in a, new, supporting documents file set up as of <br /> today 8-12-2009 and kept along with previous documentation so as to keep a <br /> consistent system. <br /> Note: Please see attached documentation that shows manifests. The manifest <br /> #001988472 was picked up by "Romic Co." who is now out of business. I <br /> contacted an individual who is acting as "Romic's" consultant who gave us <br /> the attached information. Please notify if this is acceptable. <br /> Item #24 Manifest not properly completed, signed or dated — It has been <br /> brought to our attention that we were using the E.P.A. I.D. # from the <br /> previous ownership please know that: 1.) We have obtained new E.P.A. I.D. <br /> # number that correlates with the current ownership of the "Limited Liability <br />
