Other duties may be assigned. <br /> Forecasts annual and monthly lease goals and objectives. <br /> Sells lease plans to businesses and individuals. <br /> Develops proposals for businesses requesting lease bids. <br /> Works with general manager and sales manager to order and maintain a balanced leasing <br /> inventory reflecting current customer needs. <br /> Participates in weekly sales meetings. <br /> Trains salespeople how to identify likely lease candidates and how to make professional lease <br /> presentations. <br /> Helps salespeople close lease deals when necessary. <br /> Processes all leasing documentation and related paperwork and maintains complete records of all <br /> lease transactions. <br /> Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all lease activities in the dealership. <br /> Plans and arranges all lease advertising in accordance with dealership goals. Ensures full <br /> compliance with government regulations regarding lease advertising when developing advertising <br /> materials. <br /> Stays abreast of current manufacturer lease programs and promotions and informs sales staff of <br /> any changes, phase-outs,or newly-implemented programs. <br /> Understands,keeps abreast of, and complies with federal,state,and local regulations that affect <br /> leasing and lease advertising. <br /> Page 1 <br />
