Job Description <br /> Job Title: General Office Staff <br /> el apartment: Administation <br /> Reports To: Office Manager <br /> FLSA Status: Not Exempt <br /> Prepared By: Rick Coslett <br /> Prepared Date: 2/10/03 <br /> Approved By: David Moganson <br /> Approved Date: 2/10/03 <br /> Revised Date: <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Assists the office manager by performing the following duties. <br /> ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following, Other duties may be assigned. <br /> Tabulates and posts data in record books. <br /> Compiles records and reports. <br /> Computes wages,taxes,premiums, commissions,and payments. <br /> Records orders for merchandise or service. <br /> Greets and assists visitors. <br /> Provides information to customers, claimants,employees,and sales personnel. <br /> Interviews dissatisfied customers and adjusts complaints or refers customer to appropriate <br /> dealership employee for resolution. <br /> Prepares, issues,and sends out receipts,bills,policies, invoices,statements,and checks. <br /> Receives,counts, and pays out cash. <br /> Prepares stock inventory. <br /> Operates office machines such as computer,typewriter,adding machine,calculator,and copier. <br /> Opens and routes incoming mail,answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail. <br /> Purchases supplies. <br /> Maintains professional appearance and neat work area. <br /> Will receive required training on the safe and proper method of handling and disposing of <br /> Hazardous Waste Material. <br /> Page 1 <br />
