Lowry removed 115 gals of waste <br /> liquid from water oil separator. <br /> • On December 1, 2010 we removed sludge from water oil separator and <br /> contained in 55 gal properly labeled drum for George W. Lowry to <br /> remove and dispose of properly. <br /> • On December 1, 2010 we purchased 2 yards of pea gravel from <br /> Golden Valley Material Supply and filled in water oil separator. <br /> • On December 2, 2010 San Joaquin County Health Department <br /> inspected water oil separator for compliance. <br /> See copy of original permit signed off by San Joaquin County Health Department <br /> inspector. <br /> See George W.Lowry consolidated waste manifest invoice#20311 <br /> See Golden Valley Material Supply Invoice#3601 <br /> Violation: No. 7 <br /> • On November 24, 2010 we received analysis on sand collected by <br /> Michelle Henry, San Joaquin County Health Department. Ms. Henry <br /> Advised that we dispose of the sand at a level 2 waste facility. <br /> • On December 1, 2010 we transported 1.09 tons of sand to the Forward <br /> Land Fill in Manteca, CA. <br /> See copy of receipt from Forward Land Fill#311412 <br /> See Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest#98031 <br /> This concludes our corrective actions in regards to inspection of 11/02/10.
