All shop and yard personnel attended safety training addressing Containment of Hazardous <br /> Waste and Labeling of Waste Products and Better Housekeeping Practices. <br /> (See exhibit#1 attached sign in sheet for safety training) <br /> 503. Implemented a daily inspection replacing the current monthly inspection of used oil <br /> tank and a weekly inspection of the used filters and used antifreeze drums.All shop and yard <br /> personnel attend safety training on Inspection of Hazardous Waste Containers. <br /> (see exhibit#2attached sign in sheet for safety training) <br /> (See exhibit#3 daily/weekly inspection log) <br /> 605& 701. 55 gallon drum for dry waste that was contaminated with oil was picked up and <br /> disposed of by Shop Hazards Solutions. A new 55 gallon drum was properly labeled <br /> with a Hazardous Waste Label and will be dated when we start to accumulate the dry <br /> waste. The drum was also marked DRY WASTE on the barrel to assure this situation doesn't <br /> happen again. We have a obtained two proper waste containers for solvent (acetone) and <br /> proper Hazardous Waste Label was affixed to the containers. <br /> (See exhibit#4Invoice#34894 from Shop Hazards Solutions for disposal of 55 gallon drum) <br /> (See exhibit#5 Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest#001686475GBF for disposal of 55 gallon drum) <br /> (See exhibit#6&7 Photo of new 55 gallon drum for dry waste and Photo of label affixed to new 55 gallon drum) <br /> (See exhibit#8-Photo of new waste containers for acetone and photo of label affixed to new container) <br /> 703 Our Hazardous Waste contingency plan is clearly posted in the lobby <br /> which includes our emergency coordinators names and phone numbers also, <br /> information is posted by each telephone in our office.
