They do not have any requirements for the testing of the well
water .
Someone from 3-13s recently contact them for a connection to the CSA storm water system, as the farm
did not want their run off any more ... She will check into this to see if that is in the works.
We also discussed their handling of their storm water (or lack of), since they are not connected to the
CSA... She will check into this issue also.
Adrienne
From: Mike Infurna [EH]
Sent: Tuesday, February 17, 2009 3:04 PM
To: Tim Cuellar'
Cc: Adrienne Ellsaesser [EH]
Subject: RE: Three B's Truck Plaza
thank you.
From: Tim Cuellar [mailto:tcuellar@advgeoenv.com]
Sent: Tuesday, February 17, 2009 3:01 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Cc: rmarty@advgeoenv.com
Subject: RE: Three B's Truck Plaza
Mike,
Bob corrected me on the below email and has this to say. He is out of office today, but can
see emails on his phone.
'Actually, Andy wants to 'know if something written will be prepared. Because of Andy's
lease agreement with Tony, he will need it in writing'.
I have no knowledge of who did the soil work on the ditch; that was the first I had heard
when you mentioned during our phone conversation. I would venture to guess that it was
Steve Coldani since he owns the ditch property. I also have had no recent conversations
with Tony Khatirine (36's operator).
311112009
