According to maintenance records found on site, absorbent was used to clean leaked fuel under the dispensers. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used <br /> in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. According to Mr. Rai, <br /> the technicians who change the filters are taking them with them, but no bills of lading are left behind. The filters in <br /> the dispensers are dated June 2015. A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. <br /> Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br /> submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 11, 2016. <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
