Make a determination if this waste is hazardous waste and manage per Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations.Submit a list of the facility's waste streams and supporting <br /> documentation which helped determine if those wastes are hazardous waste to San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) by 2/28/2010. <br /> • COA— <br /> er Each drum will be identified and determined our stand the material contained. <br /> e-�A list of waste streams will be submitted along with MSDS of the products and any <br /> documentation for testing performed to determine if the material is hazardous or not. <br /> 16 - 66265.33 CCR- Failed to maintain all spill control Equipment <br /> • Summary—Observed secondary containment pallet of the used oil storage area of the south lot <br /> of the property were partially full of liquid. Maintain all spill control equipment. Correct <br /> immediately by maintaining the spill control secondary containment pallets free of liquid and <br /> debris. <br /> • COA— <br /> ej All spill containment will be drained and maintained clean of debris and liquids. <br /> Provide photographic evidence of correction. <br /> 20 - 66262.34 CCR - Failed to properly label containers of hazardous <br /> waste <br /> • Summary—Observed that the waste paint 55 gallon drum in the paint area was only labeled as a <br /> Haz Mat Dump acetone, alcohol, paint waste drum.The three used oil drums in the south lot did <br /> not have marked the hazardous properties.The drums in the North East lot had labeling that <br /> varied from none at all, contents only,or a blank hazardous waste label. Aaron Allen stated that <br /> UNIVAR( Haz Waste Hauler)will be providing Labels to help organize each waste stream. <br /> Note: labels, instructions, and CUPA class list provided. <br /> Correct immediately to properly label containers of hazardous waste with the following: <br /> • The words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> • Generator Name and Address <br /> • Composition (contents) <br /> • Physical State <br /> • Hazardous Properties <br />
