This letter is in response to the <br /> findings of the inspection. Refer to the accompanying copy(Exhibit 1)of the inspection form for <br /> specific details. <br /> Items#6,#8,#9 Hazardous Materials Program. Please refer to the copy of the response sent to the <br /> San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services marked as Exhibit 2. <br /> Item#19 Waste Shipment. Manifest for shipments of requested materials are found in Exhibit 3. The <br /> used oil filters were shipped in two drums. All the used oil was picked up by the recycler with the <br /> exception of 2 drums from the storage area that were shipped on Manifest 23823491. The supplier <br /> has picked up the empty drums deposit drums and the remainder have been staged for shipment to be <br /> recycled. An extension was requested and received for the shipment of the remaining wastes prior to <br /> August 4,2004. A copy of the facsimile request is included in Exhibit 4. <br /> Item#20 Container Labeling. All containers of hazardous waste have been labeled with the <br /> appropriate information. An example of the labels prepared for hazardous waste,used oil and used oil <br /> filters may be reviewed in Exhibit 5. At the time of shipment,hazardous waste accumulation labels <br /> are replaced with the California required shipping labels(Exhibit 6). <br /> Item#21 Closed Containers. All containers with hazardous waste have been closed. The bucket of <br /> used oil was decanted to the used oil tank immediately following your inspection. <br /> Exhibit 7 is the signed Certification of Return to Compliance form. <br /> If there any questions or comments regarding these matters,they may be directed to my attention at <br /> (209)334-7090. <br /> Siproate <br /> Wugh n <br /> As al Engineer <br /> Attachments <br /> 19016.dm <br />
