The vent pipe secondary has been updated to none in CERS. <br /> As far as the line test for last year's monitoring certification, a hard copy of the report was mailed to your agency by <br /> contractor Tankology on 5/21/2016, as the attached cover letter indicates. My understanding is that there is no current <br /> regulatory requirement to submit this test report to CERS so this should not be a compliance issue. The regulatory <br /> section noted in the inspection report states'(d) UST owners and operators shall submit a completed "Monitoring <br /> System Certification"form to the local agency within 30 days after completion of the inspection.',which was <br /> completed.
